Where does SigmaGTM get its data?

We combine three layers: our own crawl infrastructure powered by Apify, licensed B2B datasets through Apollo, and real-time SMTP verification via Hunter.io. Every record shows its source and the date it was last confirmed, so you always know how fresh a contact is.

How accurate are the email addresses?

Accepted Answer

Around 90% of the emails we deliver are verified deliverable at the moment you export or send. Addresses that fail verification are marked risky rather than silently dropped, and we never charge a credit for a hard bounce.

Native integrations cover Apify, Apollo, Hunter.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and Gmail or Outlook for sending. Growth and Enterprise plans include a REST API and outbound webhooks for anything else in your stack.

How long does setup take?

Most teams send their first sequence the same day. Connecting a mailbox takes about two minutes, and importing an ideal customer profile takes another five. Enterprise customers get a guided onboarding covering CRM mapping and deliverability warm-up.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Starter and Growth are month-to-month and you can cancel or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount if you prefer it, and Enterprise agreements are negotiated per organisation.

How do you handle data privacy and compliance?

SigmaGTM is GDPR and CCPA aligned, honours suppression and opt-out lists at the workspace level, and encrypts data at rest and in transit. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logging, custom retention windows and a signed DPA.
